I combine the Power of Somatic healing and Mindset Coaching to evoke a deeper mind-body connection, so we can journey beyond the mind and return home to the wisdom of our bodies.
I am passionate about journeying into the unknown void, the great shadow within, to seek & liberate ourselves to freedom. I love to support women when they are ready to lift the veil and remove the masks, release the layers of dense energy and finally welcome their bodies home to self love and embody who they truly came here to be.

My Journey
When I was 12 years old I experienced my first connection to source.
From an early age, I knew there was so much more to life than keeping up with the rat race. I always felt there was a life beyond what I could see in the matrix and found myself forever allured by the unseen spiritual & mystical magic that danced in and all around me, and this made sense to me.
Being a rebellious free-spirited Aquarian, fiercely independent, highly sensitive & intensely passionate to seek truth in all things, I was on a mission to understand the depths of why my soul truly came to earth, and to embody my soul purpose. The explorations I found myself delving deep into were regularly dismissed nor supported and I longed for greater depth and spiritual meaning.
My Journey
